2 Bedroom	$300 AUD per night*	Your Choice of Rooms (to be made at time of payment)
3 Bedroom	$400 AUD per night*

Airport Transfers are available on request at additional cost.

*MINIMUM 2 NIGHTS STAY

DEPOSIT POLICY:
Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit. Balance must be paid 14 days before arrival.

For reservations made within 7 days of arrival, full payment is needed at time of booking.

Payment by direct bank deposit. Credit cards are not accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the commencement of stay, no penalty will be imposed, except for an administration fee of $30.

If cancellation occurs between 15 and 29 days prior to commencement of stay, an amount equivalent to one night's accommodation will be imposed.

If cancellation occurs 14 days or less prior to commencement of stay the full accommodation is payable.
