	The property is not in the heart of Port Vila Vanuatu which makes it the perfect Island Escape.
	Devils Pt Road is not surfaced and can be an interesting trip to the property or back into town.

	There are 2 restaurants on our road as well as horse riding, fishing, snorkeling and kayak tours to a sand island.
	Town is approximately 20 minutes
